Over 1,100 autorickshaws continue to ply on Thane City streets without converting to electronic meters and the police are on the look out for them, Dainik Saamana reported today.
Thane has 28,343 autorickshaws and the deadline to change over to electronic meters from mechanical ones which were prone to rigging was January 15.
