Thane Municipal Corporation has misled JNRUM that "reforms" agreed upon to get funds under JNURM have been completed but they were not, leading to withholding of funds, Maharashtra Times reported today.
The reforms including introduction if e-governance, 24x7 water supply, garbage disposal, acceptable level of transport system etc. The JNURM has not bought the claims, the newspaper said.
